Bought Everquest 2 expansion and got no CD key this sucks!

Yesterday I bought the Everquest 2 expansion and I did not recieve a CD key so I can not play. I put a support ticket in around 1pm pst and I am still waiting this SUCKS. All my friends are leveling and I cant play!

Minimum wait time tends to be 72 hours. I take it you checked the detail view of your library's Everquest II listing's CD Key?

OK todays number 4 and not a word from steam for 100% sure they have the worst customer support and they may even loose me as a customer at this point! My next setp is do a charge back with my credit card!!

A charge back will result in your account being flagged and then most likely locked, so that is the worst thing you could do.
Support is more busy than you can imagine.

Just a suggestion, how about asking in the game's forums, see if they know where to locate your key.

Seriously a Charge back on your credit card will most likely mean pretty heavy repercussions on your account. Id say just wait, due to high ticket volume it will give a longer response time. With Call of Duty Black Ops 2 releasing and soon Hitman Absolution and Assassins Creed 3 tickets are going to be swamped.

Ok ill wait longer but I am very unhappy I payed for the game 4 days ago and I still cant play it. Its complete bull crap!

I am sorry but at this point Steam support is the most sorry excuse for support that I have ever seen and in the future if I can avoid buying games from Steam I will. I still havent heard a word from steam and I STILL CANT PLAY MY GAME!

Did you ever get your CD key? I purchased a few days ago for a friend and he hasn't received the key but shows he owns it as well and I submitted a ticket and they said they are looking into it but he submitted one and hasn't had any response.
