how to fix? valve store
valve cancel my order .. but i already sent the payment via paypal to them..

Steam support is a bit slow, but they worked for me.

Excellent! Steam Support take, on average, 1-5 working days to respond. They answer tickets in the order they are received.
While Steam Support do work on weekends, there are less people there, meaning if your Support ticket goes across a weekend there may have a slight delay.

steam support replied , but it didnt help.. they keep asking me for my login info for steam account... but its different account D:

its not .... they think that i got problem with the steam store payment problem .. like buying games in store... but now the problem is i got problem in VALVE STORE < not virtual item..
