Will EA games ever return to Steam?
So my question is will any EA published games return to Steam? Personally i despise Origin so damn much and EA. But they got some really good studios, like DICE and Bioware.

I mainly want them back because they seem to change their attitude. With Battlefield 4, Battlefront and Mirrrors Edge coming out I would love to have those games on Steam.

Origin certainly has some advantages over Steam, but Steam has in-home streaming, music playing, an Linux client, proper offline mode and most importantly of all: a metric ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of games compared to Origin. Origin is still where Steam is four or five years ago, if even that.

Ya but Origin game me Dragon Age II for free. I'd like to see Steam do something like that.
I've gotten free games from Steam that weren't free otherwise.

What you're all forgetting is that any games given for free is actually owned by the same company thats owns the DRM client. Only Valve games have ever run for free on the Steam client, and only EA games have ever gone on for free on the Origin client.
Sniper Elite V2, not by Valve, your turn to list a non-EA game you got for free on Origin.
I don't even like most EA games
as much as i want to see BF3 in steam i dont think that they will be until EA will stop milking money from origin
i dont know... maybe they will add return?
only thing that I really want to play on orgin is titanfall... oh well.
I find it quite amusing and frustrating that EA games don't come to steam. Because there's been quite a few games id of bought day 1 on steam but refuse to buy because its only on Origin. Sims 4, Titanfall and the Upcoming Dragon Age for example. I'm sure there is quite a few people like that i don't even have Origin installed on my computer. Their sales/marketing division needs replacing because I for one thought having a business was about maximizing your profits one of them avenues would be selling on every platform you can think of to milk every last penny out of every game. Same with that awful Uplay by Ubisoft as well these games companies need to stop trying to force people into using their poor excuse of a platform and utilize every avenue
I think EA might be the only thing to one day compete with Steam. I have a lot of games on Origin, but unless its on Steam, I'll never play it.

GoG will reign over all one day :)
You know what? I think a lot of us here secretly wants Origin to die so all of our games will be on a single platform again.

I actually like the Origin client. Maybe it's the refunds and friendly support team.

Or maybe also the faster downloads, that the profiles aren't monetised, the ability to install to anywhere and the fact that the client isn't bloated.

It's really sad there wont be Mirror's Edge 2 in Steam, I'll have to buy from Origin, not a big fan of Origin. And it will probably cost some ridiculous price like 80$
