Steam summer 2013 sale

Does anyone know when the steam summer sale 2013 is going to be on? because I am not sure when it is going to be on. Thanks for all of the help guys. Now i have an idea of when it is going to be on

Paypal takes like 0.00something from your account every time you pay. :D They gotta live somehow, you know. :)

Some people are too lazy to log in every time, so they just top up their steam wallet.
Oh and some evil guys want Valve to pay Paypal fees for every sale - I assume it's the revenge for picking our pockets clean.
