Second google result is a ratings site, ratings almost all 4-5 stars. Only two or three 1-2 star reviews, and they seem more like the "let's find something to complain about because we feel like it" crowd. And no traces of any "Don't do this it's a scam". And the customer support seems nice too.

This thread reminds me of the south park episode where they use google to look things up for the government, hilarious. In fact I'm going to rewatch that epi now.
