Tbh I'd do it, complete with like outrageous "body type" ideas such as...just a 2d triangle.

But it feels like I'd be mocking gender dysphoria or body dysmorphia in making such a thing.

Every Dark Souls game, BloodBourne and Demon Souls (original) used gender, not body type. So you are completely, factually wrong.

Elden Ring’s English release, gender was changed to body type, on purpose, to appease the pathetic activists that have plagued gaming for years in the west. It’s called gender in Japan. I assume the same is true for the Demon Souls remake.

So, once you’re all done playing word salad games or think you have a ‘gotcha’ moment with me, I’m still waiting for a game, Pre-2020, where the option clearly meant for gender, is changed to body type.

Not talking about actual body types. Name a single game, pre-2020, that has genders named as 'Body Type 1 & 2'.

Yup. That's why I stopped referring to myself as the R word over a decade ago. I'm just an old school Constitutional Conservative now. Too call it an embarrassment is far too gentle.
