qr code on steam pfp ?

Not sure if this is scam or not but this morning i checked my account and someone changed my pfp to a QR code whit Chinese letters on it.
i change back to my pfp and later change the password but this qr code is now in my "recent uploaded avatar", so is my account save ?

Password changes are useless; it should be somewhat "difficult" to make a Steam account without any kind of 2FA these days...
