Request: option to disable "Launch Game with custom arguments" popup

For power user that intentionally use custom arguments and launch games from a desktop icon, this is an annoying popup which serves no useful function. Launching Steam as administrator is absolutely not a valid workaround, as there are security implications to running elevated programs.

Why not simply add the option that many of us have been asking for? It would be a trivially simple thing to do. There's no real benefit to it, anyway, as it's not like we are going to decide "oh, gee, I guess I won't launch it then, even though I set it up that way purposely!"
