Do you know someone with an account created in 2004 with the 20 Year Badge?

I just want to confirm that only accounts created in 2003 are eligible to receive the special version of the badge. Thank you for your time.

Well, you're almost at 20 years anyway. End of April, and your account will have a 20 years badge too. Whatever that means.

Its a distinct version of the badge related to the account age, but the description is a little ambiguous... I just wanna check what is the real meaning of it.

What i understood from "first year" in badge description. Accounts created between September 12th 2003 - September 12th 2004 gets green edition badge.

We wont know until people that currently have a 19 year old account get their 20th year badge and that will come in September, but as said above, the description states it's for accounts created in the first year so I expect accounts turning 20 this year will just get the standard badge https://community.akamai.steamstatic.com/public/images/badges/02_years/steamyears20_54.png
