Creating a Private Collection?

Hello,

Steam recently introduced marking games as private, which from what I understands, makes those games invisible to friends and also people you've added as part of your Steam Family.

However, If I want to add all of those games to a Category, how would I go about doing that?

I can't find out how to make a Category private, so even if someone went poking around my account, they would still see the Category name, just not anything in it.

but what are you hiding, hmmm?

and categories (official name is "collections") are only in your library. Nobody can see them.

if you look at a user's game list, it's just a giant list sorted by playtime by default, but you can sort by name or achievement completion if you want to (test it yourself - go to my profile or yours and check the game list).

you either have to individually mark games as private or just make your entire profile private.

It's a feature in the beta. And from what I read, it's a per game setting.
