And in terms of update no it isnt
Thanks again, Mr Newell
You, sir, have no idea what you're talking about.
You never had any idea or proper knowledge on the topic!
Not today, not last week, not last month, last year or ever at all.
Hell, even on Feb 30th or August 35th you still would not have any idea on the topic! :)
So, kindly go seek a topic you have an ounce of knowledge about, and discuss there.
This one is not it!! Nothing to do here, kindly do not comment. Move on elsewhere.
It's super simple. Even you can understand that part.
About what I said earlier: UpdatePack7 can not possibly ever have any updates for windows 7 because microsoft isn't releasing any updates for windows 7. That should be very simple for anyone to understand.
Aye true and using another account because his other one is banned does not change the fact he still have no clue on how things are working unfortunately and that despite i explained here on many posts....
Thinking nothing is updated is also funny like he did or some other people like @kormarinaru did and said a bit later , you cannot remove it ... rolf

So what the point of wanting to remove it if nothing is applyed ?
https://i.postimg.cc/d3zYfRNT/Capture.jpg --- forget to post this one sorry ( 2024-08-06)
So ROLF here again xd
But sur they will explain us how update is done without testing ...
and like why the KB5040497 is exactly the same file for windows server 2008r2 and windows 7 embedded despite they are not the same sku ?
https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB5040497
sha512 for windows 7 embedded

Both files are strictly identical

So theses people are definitively not here to understand but rather to just a fight ...
Updating the core system files of NT 6.1.7601 should not be confusing nor should the appearance of my posts in my thread.
If you believe that Microsoft's updates to this OS are garbage then I urge you to contact them and seek resolution to your frustrations.
Best of luck, please keep us posted and thanks for stopping by.
The difference is that @xBCxRangers is running steam on a old potatos with very low spec if i remember well and using the current steam release if he did not used the steam.cfg (which i guess he never used despite i've told him to do so many times xD ) will have as following result to use a steam uptodate release but that is using 400mo+ on his computer for the exact same thing : launching his game.
