What top buy for $100?
MEANT TO SAY "WHAT TO BUY"

Hello! I recently won a raffle for $100 pre-paid visa card. I want to use it to buy some of the games on my wishlist, but can't decide. Here are some candidates, some notes on what's keeping me from buying them:

  • Mafia: Definitive Edition

  • Dave The Diver
    • I heard it's amazing, but I hate Nexon with burning passion

  • Dragon's Dogma 2 Pre-order/launch day purchase
    • Capcom as of late is acting shady with the DRM

  • High On Life

  • Robocop Rogue City

  • Pizza Tower

  • Hi-Fi Rush

  • Omori

  • Resident Evil Village (I don't like Ethan as a MC)

  • Returnal
    • Roguelike games has always been a hit-or-miss for me

  • Superhot

  • Sanabi

  • Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga

  • FF7: Crisis Core Reunion

  • Greedfall

  • Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove

  • Nier Replicant ver.1.22474487139
    • I heard it's not as good as Nier Automata, since it's a remaster of a classic game and story hasn't changed much?

  • Terminator Resistence

  • Ninja Gaiden MAster Collection

  • Castlevania Advance Collection

  • Castlevania Anniversary Collection

  • One Step from Eden

  • The Forgotten City

  • Ib

  • Gris

try out the forgotten city, its pretty good, has an interesting story and also has an interesting mechanic.

i would also recommend superhot, despite being old its still cool from what i've seen.

High on Life is a must-have if you like fps games that are also comedic. Its not a serious game but its also pretty good and has multiple mechanics you'd want to try. Also you get to do some funny stuff.
Its also not grindy.

Can't go wrong with Hi-Fi Rush from that list, even at full price.

It's a really great game, though it may even be available cheaper, as well as other games on that list, from the Game Pass for a month if you are eyeing that as well.

Castlevania collections are nice, good additional features. Nier replicant tops automata for me, the new version has updated ost, graphics, va, combat, some added story. Combat is more smooth and enjoyable like automata now, but it's not really balanced that well, otherwise it's a 9/10. If you haven't played or watched drakengard 1 and 3, those are worth the play/watch too, even though automata is great I prefer all of those over it.
