video not playing right but games play fine

Hi, im experiencing video playback issues in games (borderlands 2 and presequel). the games play fine but intro videos and cutscenes are laggy
(audio cut in and out and subtitles are off sync)

Turns out it was the UHD texture pack. I was messing with drivers and tweaking configs all day.

This pack is full of redundant codecs and loads of unnecessary ones too. There is no place or situation where all would ever be needed or required.I would totally advise against this and explore all other paths way before taking any desperate measures like this.

I'm sure you will have tried all the regular procedure like verifying game files and deleting your game cache etc?
