Madden 21 Errors

Just started having issues with Madden 21. On startup i get an error message a few time saying that my "currency balance cannot be found" or something along those lines. In addition there are times I play a game and at the end it doesnt save it and all game data is lost as if it never happened? I have uninstalled and re-installed and still the same issue as well as cleaning out my Dell G15 gaming laptop of cookies and all that. . Any ideas what the issue is?
