DRM Free section of Steam Store?

I would like the ability to know if a game on Steam actually is DRM Free. i.e. no DRM at all, not even Steam DRM. This was the case with Half Life 2, until it was given away free for the 20th Anniversary. It would be great to encourage major devs to release games for sale as DRM free, so no more Denuvo issues etc.

How many games from major devs are released day one on GOG? That's your answer as to how much a "DRM free" section will encourage those devs and publishers to drop DRM on Steam, too.

Steam itself is a DRM. The amount of games which allow you to start them without Steam being open are far in between. So that's factually false.
