recientemente apareció este juego en mi biblioteca pero no tiene ni imágenes ni discusiones ni pagina de tienda, leí que aparece cuando te bajas un juego pirata que ya tienens en Steam pero no juego pirata hace muchos años, lo ultimo que hice fue instalar Descent 2 para compararlo con la versión rebirth y hace unos días utilice un mod en Simcity 4, osea no hice nada practicamente.

Spacewar is first and foremost a hidden game on Steam used by developers to test things like workshop implementation, online services and other features. It can be used for pirating and emulators, and it is also used by some third party mods to hook into a game to make the mod work on Steam.
SimCity4 does not have Steam Workshop support, so the mod you used has to be an off-Steam third party mod that likely uses Spacewar to use the Steam API to make it work with the game here on Steam. You can try asking the mod author on whatever website you downloaded the mod from to see if their mod uses Spacewar to make it work here on Steam.
