Adding DLsite Games as a Non Steam game

So there are a ton more DLsite games on their site than what they have on Steam, and I think the reason is because they break the rules on Steam!? Or the developers are going to release those games themselves under their “Circle Name” or they’re not going to do it at all. So if you were to buy a game from DLsite and add it as non steam game will Steam ban you if that game is breaking “rules!?” Possibly!? or is it probably best to not add those as non Steam games, and possibly hope that the developers will release those games to buy on Steam in the future!? Because there’s a bunch of pretty cool adult games on DLsite, but they’re not on Steam, at least as of yet.

Steam doesn't care. It doesn't actually create any real link to Steam, it's just a convenient way to have all your games in one library locally that you can use to start them.

Steam doesn't care about your "non-Steam" games at all; it's just a launch-shortcut similar to a desktop icon.
