Community ban

“Your profile is being forced private due to an active Community Ban on your account.”

I think your being scammed.
Scammer is most likely using scare tactics against you.

Your profile is not privated and is not showing an active community ban.

Steam staff will not warn you of any sort of ban.

And to be honest, if you had a community ban you would not of been able to make this thread.

its happened on my another account, not here
I translated your post with machine translation, so I don't know if it will be accurate.

But anyway, is your support ticket still open? Make sure that it still is, because ultimately nobody here will be able to do much and you need to wait for support.

But something about this doesn't seem right. You wouldn't get a community ban just for that card verification, afaik that is just to access the community market.

Where do you live? And what is your store region set to?
this sounds like a classic scam and steam support will never warn

have you use your steam login on anyting other then steam ?

and where did you talk to steam support i hope it was on there own ticket system and not like a friend chat type of thing

Yes, a ticket has been opened with technical support.

I live in Turkey, and the region is set to Turkish.

No, it's all within Steam's parameters. I've been using Steam since 2009, and I've never encountered this before. It happened specifically in my client, not somewhere else.

There was simply some misunderstanding on the part of the system; it identified me as a fraudster because I couldn't confirm two test transactions.

I think so. I deposited money into my account to buy skins in cs2
https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/71D3-35C2-AD96-AA3A then just buy a 5 dollar game and it should solve the problem

No, no. That's not the point. I bought Prime in CS2, specifically wanted to buy skins, and when I couldn't verify my card with two test payments, my account was restricted 6-7 hours later.

I've already contacted support, but I've been waiting for a response for three hours now.

3 hours is not long sorry stuff like that can take days

Yes, I've already read the information online, and the GPT chat also told me that responses can take up to several days. It's unpleasant when you encounter something like that and have to deal with cleaning up your reputation. I'm also worried, as the skins already on the account are quite valuable, and I'm afraid I won't be able to use them.

Test transactions?
That's a scam.

Steam does not need to perform test transactions.
