Merchandise tab..?

Someone knows what is the Merchandise tab on Workshop files?
I mean, this tab here?

I have an idea of use for all the other tabs, but that one.

No wonder I couldn't find a use.
Also.. Only Valve games have use for that?

I'm not sure if other devs/pubs offer this in their workshop.
