Support Steam nawet nie raczył odpisać na moje zgłoszenia dotyczące kradzieży środków finansowych z mojego konta steam. Cała sytuacja wyglądała tak, że w niewiadomy dla mnie spodób z mojego konta został zakupiony przedmiot na rynku społeczności za wszystkie moje pieniądze, a potem ten sam przedmiot natychmiast został sprzedany na rynku społeczności za 3 grosze. Mam ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ trudne hasło, potwierdzony adres email, potwierdzony numer telefonu, zainstalowaną aplikacje steam guard na telefonie, a w historii żadnego śladu nawet próby zalogowania z innych urządzeń, zawsze loguję się z komputera, nigdy nie wchodze na podejrzane strony, nie klikam podejrzanych linków, na komputer już od wielu lat niczego nie pobieram, po przeskanowaniu, komputera za pomocą antywirusa niczego nie znalazłem, jednym słowem ktoś kupił ten przedmiot nawet nie logując się na moje konto. 1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)


Please review how you are logging into Steam, you somehow gave them your log in information. This could of been due to the computer being compromised and redirecting to a fake login, or you using a 3rd party site to login to steam.

if your tickets were closed with out a response, then the account is still compromised. the scammer has a bot set up that auto deletes tickets to keep you from contacting steam support.

a hard password means nothing if you hand over that password to the scammer. it does not matter how much security you have on the account if the owner gives away the log in.

Mój komputer jest czysty a ja sam nigdy nikomu nie podałem żadnych danych do logowania a tą wiadomością udowadniasz, że masz mnie za kompletnego kretyna, dlaczego nie pomagacie, przecież chyba widzicie kto co zrobił i teraz co, znajdziecie gościa zablokujecie konto a co z jego środkami finansowymi, pewnie na WASZE PREMIE PÓJDZIE. Jesteście przez to takimi samymi złodziejami.
