Obviously, those people are going to be dissapointed if they suddenly need to pay for internet to play their game. Previously, they could play it offline without internet, and now they suddenly need to pay for an internet connection. Isn't that unfair towards them? You could argue that they are discriminated against to play their game, based on whether or not they have permanent access to internet or not.
I'm a little confused what your goal is here. Do you want some kind of commendation? Should we throw you a party?
Curiously, your game ownership badge last updated in June, and you own Helldivers 2 which came out last February. I suppose you could have purchased keys via a third party.
So, congratulations? I guess? I suppose if it means a lot to you, that's what matters.

I didn't need to know any of this. This is your personal issue although I appreciate you sharing this as it gives us a picture of your mental state.
Gaming is a first world issue. There are far more important things going on in the world for someone to make a big deal out of this.
It is a good thing you are voting with your wallet, though. If you really want change that is where you hit them at ... the pocket.
Absolutely, though if your cause is unpopular, don't get upset if others don't join you or your target doesn't even notice your protest.
yeah... i think we should be able migrate are games to different clients...
like you can with phone numbers.... it does feel like entrapment with steam
If you buy a game on Xbox can you migrate it to Sony? Why would another company take on all the cost and burden of all your games and providing you the bandwidth when you didn't even buy it from them?
it doesnt matter what you can and cant do at the moment...
i just think we should be able to migrate...
the cost would be made minimal
if you are employing intelligent accountants...
