Please recommend me a construction/building game with the following features.
What I'm looking for:
Basically a sandbox style in which I can build whatever the hell that I want, in peace, with materials/architecture ranging from the ancient to the modern.

Kudos if there's only a menu where I just choose which piece/material that I wanna add to the scenery.

What I'm NOT looking for:
Survival elements, full-scale wars (or any, for that matter), resources collection, fantasy and city management.

Just something realistic and simple that can be used to not only turn off my brain but spark creativity, at once.

CAD is a tool for architects and engineers (plus it doesn't seem to be THAT easy to just jump in). I'm looking for a game.
