Anyone having problem linking Youtube with Steam recently?? Error 500

Hello there, anyone here having problem in uploading youtube videos to steam via the VIDEOS tab in the main profile?

This was caused by a change in linking requirements by YT, not a steam problem. it has been a problem for over 3 months

Indeed, but maybe steam needs to address with YT, or do something about it, do you experience the problem as well?

You Tube made a change in what type of Browser can access and link to You Tube.

Only real Chromeum based browsers can now use links to You Tube.

Steam uses there own version of chromium browsing and it is not acceptable to You Tube.

Valve / Steam is looking into upgrading there browser code, for a future release of the steam client.

As of right now, the current trick is to use a real browser AND try it at exactly 12AM Pacific Time.
