Steam live action porn ban explanation?

I and others are am well aware that Valve has banned pornographic games from steam that feature photographs/video recordings of adult performers, and I was wondering if I can get a conformation from Valve that this is related to issues that company ownership has with the live action porn industry in regards to the extreme corruption that was documented with it that stereotypically manifests as violations of sex crime and trafficking laws?
