If that’s the case, funny that you can’t even get that straight. Yet another anti-valve misinformation campaign, but then again, this is nothing new coming from you
The list goes on and on and on.
It's a joke suite, the fact you think it will do anything, says a lot about you.

The wolfire case wasn't laughed out of court.. #Facts
Your god emperor technocrat yacht admiral is not above the courts
Guess what? Steam doesn't. Why ya think it's taking soooooo long to get to court? They keep delaying it, hoping Valve will settle. Valve won't and has enough money to keep it in court forever, due to their lack of evidence.
Provide citation where court documents indicate Judges laughing.
Judge is waiting for them to prove that Steam controls the prices of games outside of the Steam Ecosystem as they are trying to claim"" = case being heard. Not laughed out of court.
Gotta love the hypocrisy
You know what I meant by a judge laughing, knowing full well it's a legal amusement that they are still trying.
All I know is, if Valve is happy to go forwards, sounds like Discovery was great for them.
If the case goes ahead, that is antithesis to laughed out of court. That's called a case being heard
Judges don't waste time on legal amusement. like that
Here's the problem, the arbitrators were exposed as scammers, and are themselves now being sued by Valve for abusing the legal process and trying to force settlements with no true case.
So Wolfire/Dark Catt are hoping they can get Class Certification to extend the time(They have until the end of June this year) and try and force a settlement from Valve, instead of going to court, using those few individuals to help support their case.
I personally am excited for it to go to court, to expose the truth, no matter the outcome. Since either way, no matter who wins, will have a major impact on the digital sales around the world.
Valve has no connection with the law firm that attempted to extort millions of dollars from Valve. Their plan was to file a huge number of arbitration requests for fraudulent reasons and hope that Valve would accept their demands for money to have them drop all the cases.
The law firm knew they would lose and was planning to withdraw the arbitration requests if it didn't look like Valve was going to cave and just give them the money they wanted.
Valve's lawsuit includes a presentation the law firm made explaining their own scam to investors.

I never said Valve was connected to any of the firms. Mason LLP took the crusade to be the arbitrator for everyone "Affected by the Wolfire Case" Using the same points Wolfire did.
I posted those links a year ago almost, when showed others in another thread about the arbitration suite, being a scam.
I should not be reading posts when I'm sleepy. Oops!
