Raise the refund, game get removed, but no money refunded.

I bought Forza Horizon 4 but was getting bad FPS, so I requested a refund. The game was removed, but I haven’t received the money in my bank account or Steam wallet. Even after raising a ticket, I haven't received any response from them. Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this issue?

Where's the Email saying they recieved your request for a refund and an Email letting you know the refund has been accepted? and what was the payment method you used? Credit Card or Steam Wallet?

If you got it with the Steam Wallet, check your account details and Wallet Balance. If you have a refund pending, it'll be there. If not, check your credit card. Make sure you did, indeed, ask for a refund and not some other option. Just thinking of everything.

for buying the game i use the card but for refund i chose my steam wallet. on support page its showing the purchased the refunded but in the steam wallet its not reflecting.

Blocked by bank. If you refunded within 24 hours, they'll reappear in 2-3 days.
