Open the Steam client and go to the Library tab.
Right-click the game you want to customize the Steam Cloud settings for.
Select Properties.
In the General section, toggle "Keep game saves in the Steam Cloud for [game name]" as needed.
To download your Steam cloud save files via a web browser, visit Valve's View Steam Cloud page and sign in with your Steam account
Run the game with Steam Cloud enabled. While game is running (important!) delete the save games you don't want then exit game normally and Steam should synch your saves with cloud, removing all the saves you just deleted from cloud storage.
