How do I revert back to the recent version of Cyberpunk?
Cyberpunk 2077 2.13 isn't working right. I even reinstalled it. I looked into the betas, and there's only version 1.63, not 2.12. how do I revert to 2.12?

ask in the games own forum. This is a steam related sub-forum. No game related threads are allowed.

CDPR added 1.63 to the betas tab for those whose PC's would struggle to run the next gen version.

There currently is no way to revert to 2.12 on Steam via the beta tab.

Found this thread about being able to revert.

Note: Cyberpunk is DRM free so there is no need to boot Stream to play. Simply create a desktop shortcut of the exe and run the game via it. This will also stop auto updating.

Remember to switch the update behaviour in Steam to Only update when I launch it for Cyberpunk.
