Steam Paypal purchase impossible since a leat a year

Hello,

It's been now more than a year i'm unable to buy on steam through Paypal

I have not registered my paypal account into Steam (not even a credit card in fact) and each time i try to buy something with paypal, i got an error message "An unexpected error has occured, Your purchase has not been completed. Please contact support"

I checked my paypal account, and it's ok (i can make purchase on other site with it) and i can make purchase on steam using a credit card

I tried through website, steam app, at home, at work etc It's like Paypal have been banned to use from my account

Any help or advice ?

Have you contacted support like the error message suggests? Doesn't sound like it, i highly suggest you contact support because everyone here is only a user just like you and we can only speculate.

They said "well go f*ck yourself, it's been disabled for your account cause of a dispute or unauthorized payment"

My account was created for the release of the orange box (2008) i own 2000 games and never used stollen card , i don't understannd that statement :(

Did you do a charge back on your account? If yes, that is the reason.

Have you asked PayPal or your bank to stop a payment to Steam?

No, paypal is my only payment method on internet
i use it for all my purchase cause i don't wan't to give my credit card information around the net ^^

Well, that statement you got form support implies a dispute or unauthorized payment. Could someone in your household or a friend used your Steam account?

No, my wife doesn't play video games, i don't give access to my account (with 2k games, it's more valuable than my car xD) and it's not allowed in rules and i never been hacked, that's why i really don't understand the decision from support :'(
I bought with that same account and paypal (at the time) , my steam controler, steam link and i was planing to buy a Steam Deck with the sales going on right now

If you're 100% certain no one else had access to your account, then you're the only person who could have caused this. Look back through your Steam transaction history, are you absolutely certain there's no issues shown?

FYI, accounts aren't hacked, they are phished. You're also certain you've never logged into a dodgy site with your Steam credentials?

Oh ok charge back is refunding without going through refund system in steam, well i can certainly say no, i refuned very few games on my account :/
So i figure i'm stuck in this statement without possibility to buy Deck (i would like to use paypal here espacially for 4 times payment)
