Steam Paypal purchase impossible since a leat a year

Hello,

It's been now more than a year i'm unable to buy on steam through Paypal

I have not registered my paypal account into Steam (not even a credit card in fact) and each time i try to buy something with paypal, i got an error message "An unexpected error has occured, Your purchase has not been completed. Please contact support"

I checked my paypal account, and it's ok (i can make purchase on other site with it) and i can make purchase on steam using a credit card

I tried through website, steam app, at home, at work etc It's like Paypal have been banned to use from my account

Any help or advice ?

I didn't think they would unban paypal and i already said goodbye to deck
I was making some fixes on my car and i eared steam notification, jumped on my phone and saw the message from support

Well no need to say my car is still not fixed :D
