Monitors flickering black anytime I launch a game on steam

Open steam just fine, but anytime I go to launch a game. Both my monitors will go black for a few seconds then sho my normal screen. The game won’t open but still have a black screen. Flashes my normal screen. If I try to click or anything my mouse will start moving and I hear a beeping noise. Already scanned for viruses. Can launch other games that aren’t in steam just fine. Like Minecraft and EFT.

no im on windows 10

and i just figured out its not just steam games, I tried to run valorant and it happened on that as well, most of my steam games work expect R6.

Try with one screen. I've had issues in the past with extra monitors even when they were suppose to show the same thing.

Are you sure it's not running in the background? Do you see it listed with Task Manager?

Did you check if it’s your gpu failing, might explain why it only effects gaming programs plus the beeping noise
