Games where you can make your own spaceship

I really liked the spaceship building system in Starfield. The rest of the game, not so much.
Does anyone know any other games that have good spaceship building?

I used to have a lot of fun building spaceships in Space Engineer. But, that game is all about the building part. There is no actual engaging gameplay to use said ship. IMO
