Leafy Pot sticker is not animated but on few occasions.

I've noticed this oddity when a friend of mine sent me a sticker from the event through chat, and I noticed that it wasn't animated, like the other stickers are.

When I got the sticker today, I noticed that it was animated in a few occasions, like in the pop up saying that I got the sticker, and on the inventory items list.
Anywhere else, the sticker has no animation, that also includes the item description on the inventory.

Just wanted to report this odd exceptional issue, but I'm not sure if I saw any other sticker doing that.

I would never find that thread, even more since discussions seems more fitting for issue report than suggestion/ideas.

I go into my inventory and it is animating away so I'm guessing it isn't animated when they are using it on the forums.

My frame hasn't been working for a while now either.
