Emoticons too small

Some game point shop emoticons are way too small. This needs to be fixed. I briefly searched the forum and couldn't find a topic about this.

A while back emoticons rendered at a much larger size, you didn't need to hover your mouse over them. At least in the chat UI.

Not to mention scaling on some of them got messed up over time.

Edit: looks fine on the forum at least, but not in the chat UI.

I'd say about 25% bigger, but that may vary. You can't even tell what some actually are without hovering the mouse icon over them. And I'm using a '32 monitor...
