You should always ask in the relevant areas, not a generalized community section where no one will likely know of or care for such off-topic questions.

Groups to fight for PvP are groups to fight, this seems really unimportant.

Ok, without googling, one can assume this is a multiplayer game.

And a group of people joined together under one idea and you seem to take issue with it.

What does asking an audience who has nothing to do with said game do? Why would the opinions of outsiders matter?

Imagine someone going to a crowd of random strangers and announcing: "A renaissance fair in Sycamore, Ohio is banning cattail cordage!"

What would anyone outside renaissance enthusiasts care, and if they did care why would their opinions matter since they have nothing to do with the game or community?

So again, you should go forums which host actual players for that game.

Also "They pursued any attack on Chinese identity and territorial signs." What does this mean? They report people who are critical of China? They investigate racist acts? When you do go to the correct area make sure to explain the situation.

Unless this is just outrage-baiting, then I have just wasted my time writing this.

It is an old topic from years ago when they had tons of Chinese players come in the game under the flag of the "Red Army." They came in huge numbers mainly to grief or cheat against everyone.

The game is basically a ghost town now anyways. Everyone has moved on.

Random strangers can't do much about it other than offer opinions, which aren't worth much to begin with and even less than those by members of said community.

Its more of a dev or publisher issue.

This only makes me wary of the OP and why they made this thread to begin with.
