steam account recovery

One of my steam account's authenticator was removed after the new steam update and when i contacted steam to claim back my account , they asked me to provide proof of ownership and even after having almost everything ( account password,email id and used payment method) they are still asking me to provide the following which i have no clue ,how to do that after having no access to my account

"if you made a digital purchase,

A screenshot of the last Steam purchase you made as it is shown on your Nodwin account
Date of the purchase"

anyone have any idea , what is nodwin account and how will i be able to get these details

i have bought some in game items of dota 2 game from the store with wallet credits if that counts

yes i have mostly bought in games items in dota recently in last 3 years using mostly steam wallet , i have bought some items previously using credit card but mostly all my purchases are in game dota items , not steam games or anything

i just want to understand what is nodwin account and how can i access my purchase history if i cant even log into my account

So you have used an external card. Where did you get this card from? Does it have any logos on it?

it was my credit card and i have already submitted the details of it on steam support still they want this particular thing which i mentioned in the post

it was my own credit card that i used to buy in game items from game called dota 2

According to Google, a Nodwin account is an e-sports account and Nodwin is situated in India. I'm curious why you couldn't find that yourself.

i did google search but it does not help me with the issue that i am facing ,i have never heard of nodwin account before and i dont recall creating any account there or using that platform ever

they want the screenshot of my purchase history but i cant even access the account so how will i be able to send them the screenshot in the first place. i provided my credit card details as proof of ownership but they still want more details which i dont even know about

Have you mentioned that to Steam Support?
