i clicked on the lock icon left to URL and it says 11 cookies
and login page had the checkmark in the box where it says remember me, so remember me is turned on
Let's see. Log in, make absolutely sure you're checking that checkbox to remember you. Then open a new tab & navigate to Steam. Report the results.
First. I have allowed cookies for everything, BUT I've also set the browser to delete them at the end of a session, leaving only whitelisted sites (such as Steam). Firefox in particular seems to be very inefficient when cookies pile up over the years...
You'd really have to actually LOOK at your cookie settings.
Also, even with Steam whitelisted (several URLs, actually), I've had times when Steam would just forget me all the time, and then randomly decide to remember me again. I still haven't been able to figure out a root cause for this. Yes, there will be login problems during the Christmas sale, as always, but that's not what I'm talking about.
i only have delete history on exit enabled second its new PC had same issue in old PC sins after January or February sins some changes early this year
You can make an exception for Steam.
Because it’s kind of obvious what you “think” you’re doing is not what you are “actually” doing
