Why are some completed games not listed as completed?
A little random question. I would like to ask if there is any criteria by which some video games, when their achievements are 100% completed, do not appear as completed games. Before I thought that the difference was due to the fact that they were indie or adult games, but I see that this is not the case.
Nothing serious, just a little doubt

If you mean your latest game, it's still in the "Steam is learning about this game" phase which means that some features are limited and it's not counted.

I have completed several indies that are not included in the list. But instead, the Resident Evil 8 demo is listed.
It is also listed as completed a hentai game.

Profile Features Limited games don"t count either.

Without providing game names, I'll leave this copypasta anyway.

Games that don't count toward achievement showcase or completionist showcase:

*Games with "Profile features limited" on the store page
*Games with "Steam is learning about this game" on the store page
*Games banned by Valve

A lot of the hentai games on Steam are pretty low quality, and the achievements are install rewarded for just opening the game - many are just used to pad accounts - it'll take those games a very long time to pass the point where Steam will accept them.

Because Game Devs are lazy, and makes petty excuses which is exploiting the written agreement, and Steam lets them get away with it since they paid 100 dollars for a license.

How is this related in any way to OP's question?

Games are automatically removed from the "Learn about" list when they tipped over the threshold.

I think I am beginning to have an orientation of what is happening. Several games looked like tech demos, but some of these were lovingly crafted. Although there are also games without any kind of achievement.
After getting 100% approval for a hentai puzzle game, I was left with confusion about the criteria.

There is no definitive Treshold for a Game to become trusted, and theres also Lots of different Cases.
For Example, a Game from a Publisher like Activision will always be "Trusted" by default, because the Publisher is established enough that Steam can trust them.

Some Hentai Spam Games might just generate insane Sales in a Short Time for whatever Reason, and become trusted that Way. Some other, actual good Game, might just be too Niche to gain Traction, and stay in that "Learning" Phase for Years to come.
