Paypal login

So i was trying to buy something but cant login.
The paypal popup opens i put in the email then complete the not a robot thing, and instead of asking for password it just resets asking for email again.
Any idea how to fix this?
PS: i can login to paypal just fine in the browser and the paypal app so im guessing its a steam bug.

Still not working. Is there a way to force the link from the PayPal button to open in an external browser? I suspect that would work, and I never like using in-app browsers anyways.

Wow, I can't even log in on a mobile browser to work around this because switching apps to get the authentication code cancels the login process :/

No. If you've already started a purchase, you have to cancel it.
And then login via the Steam website in your normal properly up-to-date browser and redo the purchase there.

No. If you've already started a purchase, you have to cancel it.

That also doesn't work for me because of 2FA. In order to log in, I have to switch to the Steam app for authentication after entering my credentials in the browser app. But switching off of the browser app causes the login to be canceled. I'll just have to hop on a computer before the sale ends I guess.

I'm having the same issue. Mail adress just resets, and when I try to use my phome number I can't change the country number. Any ideas? I can't understand how Steam has not solved this issue. I avoid purchases for this inconvenience. Come on! solve this

It's crazy. I purchased a game on steam using PayPal about an hour ago. Went to purchase another just now, an hour later, and I can't get PayPal past the login screen.

Now I can't purchase anything, even with my credit card, because steam says I've been making too many purchases attempts. Pretty f'n stupid.

Try to buy the game trough browser instead the Steam desktopp/mobile app. Some people on the forum reported the same issue and they solved it buy doing this.

I had a weird problem with PayPal the screen kept shrinking so i don' use PayPal anymore.
