Right click menu on taskbar icon expands partially below the taskbar, some options not clickable
I reported this bug like a month ago with the beta, and apparently my bug report was completely ignored, because here I am being forced into the new client, and the bug is still there. The right click menu is unusable because half of it drops down below my task bar. Another user responded to my thread at that time saying he had the same problem so this is obviously not an isolated issue.

Please hire more people to fix these things if you're going to force a roll out of a new UI for hundreds of millions of people like this without warning.

I have the same issue.

Even if i go into the Steam settings (settings > interface > taskbar preferences) and disable all but "exit steam" when I right click the taskbar icon my Favorites games take up all the space / run off the screen (vertically) making clicking "exit steam" impossible as it is below the taskbar.

My system specs / settings are:
- Edition: Windows 10 Pro
- Version: 22H2
- Build: 19045.3086
- System display text at 130%
- System scaling at 100%
- Resolution 2560x1440
- Steam Version: 1687386907

Also having this issue, unable to read or click "Exit Steam" button because list goes below bottom of screen.

VERY FRUSTRATING.
