Steam support should change proof of ownership system...
A few days ago some hacker hacked my email and as you can guess stole my steam account. The problem is that he found the oldest confirmations of game purchases, took a screenshot and deleted these emails. And now in the fight for proof of ownership of the account, I'm at a loss even though I sent them:
- confirmations from the bank
- my ID card
- all the keys, I have on eneba, g2a, kinguin
- screenshot from my girlfriend's mail with confirmation of purchase of the game to me as a gift
- screen of system message that I made account on this mail

This hacker probably has one screenshot of cs go purchase confirmation, that I've actually made with paysafecard (I've made my bank account a couple of months after that so I don't have it).

I've said them, that they can write to me on my mail where this account is or just call me on old steam guard phone, but they don't even reply to me.

After all, they can literally see, that a few days ago steam guard was removed, email changed and the login location changed.

I want to cry, because I lost my account on which I spent a lot of hard earned money :<

Questions you should ask yourself:
how much money did you spend on the account?
And ultimately; is it worth suing over?

If not. Better just bail and cut your losses.
Valve is not known to budge on these matters and it seems you're in a situation where push would have to come to shove to resolve things.

That said: I agree with you that their handling of disputed accounts is extremely poor.

Bad idea. That means it's on file somewhere now, as well as present in some mailbox not designed with protective measures and access limitations befitting that type of sensitive PII.

This is the only thing I have - he deleted things that I bought from their store like CS GO, Wallpaper Engine etc.

I've already blocked it, after my email got hacked. In my country we send ID scans for collage :^)

Doesn't matter, bought us bought. If you bought something, there's a record in Valve's database so recover this way.

This is why you should always print your receipts.
That said; you may have one other bit of information you can present to Valve.

Did you ever register any boxed purchases on Steam via a product key?
If you can snap a pic of the physical box and the card with the product key, that might convince them you're legit.

They're kicked out of their old account by the hacker and need to claim ownership.
So they can't recover the information from the account.

Email authentication is bad, really bad. Valve relies on Steam Guard linked to a personal mobile phone for account safeguarding.

relies on people not falling for scams above all else

when you literally give someone your 2 factor auth info what protection do you think works?
If you still have the paysafe card or the code, that might be a proof of purchase.
If the first email was different, that is a good additional proof. As well as knowing the phone number too.

But they made the app an one factor login. Thats also a no no.
This post was removed by the poster. But its important to get a reply.
-"The app relies on geolocation which is, in fact, good because I have blocked some people attempting logins w/o even giving out info to phishers."-

That sounds like a serious problem with a device you use,
or you didnt see the phishing.

OP just has to speak to Support and ask for alternatives until they find one Support will accept. Sounds a lot like OP is offering it sending random stuff Support doesn’t want.

This wouldn’t be an issue if they just used reputable sites which sell keys - those sites actually keep a record of your activated key.

I've literally gave them a lot of confirmations from bank. I think the problem is with the first purchase, which was done with paysafecard and I don't have code for it (it was 6 years earlier).

When I'm asking for alternatives, they just reply me "second person have stronger proof" Thats so sad
