cannot paste game keys anymore in new UI

I saw someone post this earlier and I then tested it. But I could paste the key. We are talking about adding a game through the button bottom left in the client, right?

Games> Activate a product> pop up> Right click use to bring up option to paste but does nothing now
The bottom left has same function as the Games Activation still can't paste

copying or pasting anything, including comments, quotes and other things, has been an issue since steam dropped this version into beta (maybe a month or so) and it still hasnt been fixed, just like many other things.

i will say, copy or paste, seems to randomly work when ever it feels.

Ctrl-V works fine.
"Back one page" on the other hand is borked for me - one click - nothing - 2nd click - back 2 pages. Bleurgh.

mine skips straight to the library when i hit the back button, its super annoying.

I am having the same issue as OP

CTRL+V works, but right-click -> paste doesn't, because there's no right click menu anymore.

actually there is, by either highlighting (copy/paste), or right clicking on something or right clicking empty space (both no highlight, both showing "back", "forward", "reload" and "copy page url".

that being said, they may or may not add more stuff, but atm loads of their stuff is simply broken or works randomly.

There was a bug in the beta that didn't even show that much of the right click menu. Not sure how it is not patched in the release version though.
