How to hide the URL / Web Address Bar?

I can't seem to find the option to hide the web address bar after the new update. How do I turn it off?

I want to get rid of it too, so I wanna know this also.
I also want to see this option (URL bar) to be able to toggle on/off or at least turn on/off at an easy accessible place like under View or Steam/Settings/Interface.

The option was removed. Same for other options like having the friends list open via the desktop shortcut.

Because valve. It worked fine before UI update. And with all the "testing" they did they could've implemented it during the beta stage.

probably because that would take work to do
