Items hidden in points shop despite my preferences

I'm trying to buy the dying light 2 steam profile on the points shop but it's listed as a hidden item for me. On top of that game profile it says that there's 25 more hidden game profiles I can't see. I checked my preferences and none of the boxes are checked. Can someone help?

I still keep getting whole games and products hidden from me and asking me if I really, truly, want to view the product because it's NSFW, like yakuza or the witcher despite owning them already and my preferences being set to show them. Steam's ♥♥♥♥♥♥.
