I see so many comments saying that we can use the Windows player, Winamp and so on but they miss the point. While in game you could use the overlay to play music without having to alt tab. That is a luxury now gone.

I use that ALWAYS! it keeps me focus while I play... I hope Valve will bring us back this feature very soon. C'mon!

If you're seriously suggesting people have their other bloatware resource hogging browsers open in the background on their nonNASA computers while gaming to ALT+TAB to which might crash 90+% of videogames not coded for alt+tabbing, then, well, you didn't think your suggestion through.
