New UI doesn't remember window size or position when switching to small mode

Title. It also doesn't remember that I've set large mode as fullscreen

Nope, sorry. We have to live with it until Steam releases a fix, I guess. I switch between small and large mode quite often so it's very annoying.

What I see with this behavior, to be more specific:

Yes, small mode does remember its position. Ive bneen switching back and forth frequently recently.

What it does NOT do is remember the "large size" position when switching to small mode.

Small View does go to the same exact spot on the desktop I placed it every time I switch to it, just not where the large view was.

I have all the issues you mentioned happening too plus that it just will not remember the position and size of the small view window. I have tried it both on Windows 7 and Windows 11 and it's the same on both systems for me.

Now I can no longer resize the windows at all when attempting to use the mouse to drag the edges.
