Every computer I've owned since 1985 has had an Intel CPU. Do they owe me a nice $10,000 computer and a bunch of software for that? I've been eating at McDonalds since the early 70s. Should all of my food there be free, along with a house to eat it in? State Farm has been my car insurance company for twenty years now. They should give me a new car!
Obviously not. I wouldn't go request one on the basis that I was a long time customer, that would make me look entitled.
