If you know your Steam Guard code, you can go to Steam Support, enter your account information, and remove Steam Guard in about five minutes.

FIRST. If you have a connected mobile number, the process is much easier and faster. You’ll receive a verification code via SMS—enter it, and you’re done.

SECOND. If you don’t have a connected phone number, you can use your registered email (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) to recover your account. However, keep in mind that removing Steam Guard may take up to one day.

Important: Removing Steam Guard will temporarily suspend your ability to trade items, buy skins, or make purchases. Also, do not sign out of the Steam mobile app if its not IMPORTANT!
