Am I crazy or are most of the games on the home page not on sale during the SPRING SALE?

Steam sales are famous for how many games get discounted during the major sales. This is a seasonal steam sale, I get that its not summer or winter, its not gonna go that hard, but how is it that almost every game I'm actually seeing featured on the home page, including the DEEP DISCOUNT SECTION aren't on sale at all? That's just bizarre right? Or am I just going completely insane?

Probably bugged due to the traffic atm. I clicked on one game and the price was actually discounted so it's just congested

When I go to the store's main web page, I see the whole Spring Sale page, with the big header image and full of discounted games.

Yep, same thing on the Steam client. The Deep Discount section is full of things with 90% discounts.

Maybe you need to reload/clear cache/whatever?

Might be a bug. For me, the sale theme keeps disappearing and it's going back to looking like the normal store page, hiding all the deals that are on right now. Games are definitely on sale (I can see everything on my wishlist on sale) but the store is probably just being buggy atm and not actually showing you games that are on sale like it's supposed to. This always happens shortly after the seasonal sales go live.

Okay yeah that happened lol. Just never seen that before. I guess steam did recently hit some crazy number like 40mil active users so maybe the capacity isn't quite keeping up these days.

I see 11 games with deep discounts, not very many tbh.
