Hey Gabe, turn off support for windows 7 by Oct 31st Instead of Jan 1st

Since Black Friday and Christmas are two of the biggest shopping times of the year this will help encourage those who are on the fence, and will let them fully grasp how the support being turned off effects them.

it will help users and give them a better opportunity to upgrade when stores offer some of their cheapest prices

There are always some good bargains before Christmas and I bet they'll be even more when folks want to get rid of their old PC's, laptops etc after just getting brand spanking new ones.
